As broker and a GRI and CRB Graduate, I have over 38 years of experience in the residential real estate business. I owned and operated a ‘Top 100’ national franchise company from 1975 to 2007. I am now marketing, listing, selling and consulting in all aspects of residential real estate including used homes, upper end, new construction, unit sales, residential investment, residential land development, subdivisions and residential land acquisition.
I also do loan modifications, short sales, REO sales, pre-foreclosure negotiations and problem loan work-out negotiations. If you owe more on your property than your property is worth, I can still sell it for you via a SHORT SALE. If you have a residential project in trouble, I also do work-out planning and brokerage services in cooperation between you and with your lender.
For over 35 years I have done sales seminars, real estate training and guest lectures for the Eugene and State of Oregon Realtor Association, Lane Community College, University of Oregon and the Lane County Home Builders Association on all aspects of residential real estate.
I have personal, first hand experience in every aspect of residential real estate business having owned and operated:

2. a 20 loan officer mortgage company-22 years
3. a title/escrow company-12 years
4. a land development company-12 years
5. a new home building company-12 years
6. a property management company that managed over 1000 units-20 years

9. a pre and post licensing real estate training and education company-15 years
